What you do
Log in or create a new personal profile and register your company for the bike to work Challenge as from end of January. Your company has the choice of participating in the challenge in May or June or in both months and pays the one-off participation fee for all staff.
Then you announce the company's participation in bike to work internally. Tell your colleagues that they can now register independently on biketowork.ch and form teams.

Website and app
The app and website tell participants all about the challenge. As soon as they have connected to the company, they have access to the in-house section with the Challenge Calendar including tracking function and the team, company and Community page. Thanks to playful elements bike to work sparks off a fire for biking with couch potatoes!
As coordinator you also have an own page at your disposal with the key information and functions. Here you can manage the company, create teams and export lists of teams or participants.
Individual and team prizes
bike to work takes care of the organisation and draw of the individual and team prizes worth over CHF 130,000.-.
Infomails to participants
We inform registered participants by e-mail shortly before, during and after the Challenge, of the next steps and key deadlines.
Free print material
You can order free flyers and posters in all four languages. These will be sent out from mid of February.
Optional: Premium Support
bike to work takes care of all the administrative management of the campaign: If your staff has questions they can turn directly to bike to work. There's a specific hotline and e-mail address at your disposal. At the end of the campaign your company receives a printed certificate with your company statistics. Costs: CHF 500.-.
Optional: Logo imprint
We would be pleased to personalize the flyer for employee information with your company logo. Costs: CHF 800.- For each additional language version CHF 200.-.
Participation fee
The fee is calculated on the basis of the total number of employees in the company, regardless of the number of participants in bike to work.
