At least one month before the start of the Challenge, inform the staff that your company is participating in bike to work 2023. Inform and motivate, so that teams can be found and formed. In the month before the Challenge intensify your communication measures to attract the highest possible number of staff for the campaign. In addition to the posters and flyers ordered, electronic communication aids are also available.

We inform the registered participants shortly before, during and after the Challenge by e-mail about the next steps and key deadlines.
